JOB VACANCY: ACADEMIC DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the authority of CFVG Board of Directors, the Academic Director is responsible for:

• Academic leadership of a campus;
  • Academic Coordination CFVG;
    • Coordination of the MBA entrance examination and selection interviews (MMSS, MEBF, PhD)
    • Coordination of Recruitment in degree programs (MBA and PhD);
    • Participation in selection boards and diplomas
  • Coordination of academic MEBF (MS Finance) and MMSS (MS Marketing), directly related to the Scientific Directors of MEBF and MMSS;
  • Academic Development CFVG:
    • Curriculum Development Projects
    • Development of executive education
• General administrative management : staff and organization;
• Research of local and regional stakeholders appropriate for different programs, conferences, seminars CFVG;
• Development of Hanoi and HCMC CFVG relations with Vietnamese companies and institutional partners.
• Supervision of the main events organized by CFVG (conferences, seminars, open houses, academic ceremonies);
• Teaching activities: Courses MBA and Masters, MBA Mentoring and research papers of thesis defense jury
• Research activity: writing and publication of scientific articles, conferences ...

He/she is likely to participate in any CFVG activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Language: Vietnamese and English (French would be an asset);
• Experience required in University Management: 10 years minimum;
• Training area: preferably Business Schools, University in Economics or Management but possibility of degrees in other fields according to experience;
• Areas of expertise: Academic management (business school or university) and teams management in an intercultural environment;
• Studies level required: Doctorate or PhD is mandatory (in Management, Business or Economic from abroad would be highly preferred);

Place of work: Ho Chi Minh City

Full-time, Vietnamese labor contract according to CFVG standards. Package including specific advantages. Desired availability immediately.
