The first year of the Doctoral program is structured as follows:

  • The Doctoral program consists of 14 modules in two semesters
  • Two modules to upgrade student’s background (to be identified after selection) offered in MBA, MEBF or MMSS programs
  • Doctoral workshops organized by CFVG

CFVG doctoral students are immersed in a dynamic learning environment during the doctoral school and get opportunities to meet and be surpervised by professors of four leading French Universities and Business Schools (ESCP Europe, Paris Dauphine University, Lille Nord de France University, Strasbourg University). With the support of the prestigious National Economics University and the University of Economics of HCMC, 50 French and international faculty members teaching at CFVG ensure that most management research areas are covered. This breadth enables students to connect between their business interests and professors' expertise.

Application fee:

A non-refundable application fee of 1.050.000 VND is applied for all programs.

Tuition Fee

1st years at CFVG: 136,000,000 VND
2nd-4th years:  Partner’s registration fee /year and CFVG tuition fee: 45, 000,000 VND/year

CFVG’s programs are partly subsidized by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Details on the amount and payment methods of tution fees are provided in the program brochure.

Excluding the expense for a compulsory Study trip in Paris: estimated 52 000 000 VNĐ

A Master degree or equivalent

TOEFL ITP>550 or IELTS>6.0

Professional experience: more than 3years

Mr. Tran Ngoc Dung had successful fulfillment of his dissertation entitled: “Market research utilization and marketing performance in emerging economies. A study of FMCG companies in Vietnam” for the degree of PhD in Marketing Management at ESCP Europe School of Management. Mr. Trần Ngọc Dũng is University graduate of business administration at Monash University, Australia;  Master’s degree of MBA at CFVG; Then, very much as an itinerant life-long learner, on to the continent of Europe where he attained a Masters of Research at University of Lilles, France. Before nearly 10 years founding and working with Intage VietNam (Former FTA), he was employed nearly 4 years at managerial level at qualitative research and quantitative research at ACNielsen, then in the position of brand manager for Phillip Morris Indochina, in charge of markets of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. He is a member of ESOMAR, member of MRA in Chicago. At present, he is a professor in charge of market research topic practice at VietnamMarcom, University of Economics, schools of Pace and I.A.M.
