PROGRAM OBJECTIVE & DESCRIPTION

This program is designed for experienced managers and covers the full range of business functions (marketing, finance, HR, operations, supply chain management…).

It helps participants develop a comprehensive, long-term strategic vision and reinforces their leadership and negotiation skills.

The teaching approach relies on a balance of mixed methodologies such as lectures & debates; experience learning situations; role plays & simulation exercises; case studies and teamwork & experience sharing.

Venue: Hanoi / HCMC

Length: 98 hours of courses, over one academic year

Class organization: 2 days / month (7h/day)
