MASTER IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (MHM)

  • The first internationally affiliated Master of Science (MSc.) program in Hospitality Management in Vietnam. The program is designed, implemented, and awarded by FERRANDI Paris (France).
  • Founded in 1920, FERRANDI Paris is part of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI Paris Île-de-France). It is one of France’s most prestigious schools in culinary arts and hospitality management, often referred to as the “Harvard of Gastronomy.”
  • A comprehensive curriculum including 6 fundamental courses in Tourism and approximately 20 core specialized courses, fully taught in English.
  • A distinguished faculty from France and Vietnam, combining academic excellence with practical expertise in tourism and hospitality management.
  • The program is accredited by the Conference des Grandes Écoles (CGE) of the French Republic, ensuring international standards in education quality.
  • An optional study trip to France, allowing students to attend classes at the partner school, visit restaurants and hotels, and participate in specialized seminars.

The Pedagogical team includes International Lecturers from FERRANDI Paris, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), and other leadingVietnamese and international institutions. Additionally, senior managers and experts from the Tourism and Hospitality sectors in Vietnam and abroad are also involved in the program.

The program equips students with cutting-edge knowledge in tourism and hospitality management, empowering them to build a strong and versatile foundation for their future careers. Practical insights and real-world case studies from both global and local contexts are also integrated, tailored to Vietnam’s cultural and today’s dynamic hospitality landscape, effectively bridging academic theory with applied business experience.

Courses range from 12 to 30 teaching hours each, delivered over 18 months across 3 semesters. The curriculum covers:

  • Fundamental and advanced knowledge in hospitality and hotel management (operations, investment, finance, HR, marketing…)
  • Service studies and emerging trends in the tourism and hospitality industry
  • A Consultancy Project conducted within a business setting.

  • Application fee: 5,000,000 VND
  • Tuition fee for 2026: 367,536,000 VND
  • Registration fee for FERRANDI Paris: 5,000,000 VND/year

* Optional study trip to France (~2 weeks): estimated cost at 80,000,000 VND, self-funded by students

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (at least 240 ECTS or 120 Vietnamese credits) in tourism, economics, business, or management or an equivalent degree from a recognized Vietnamese or international institution. Those with a Bachelor’s degree but less than 240 ECTS must complete Supplementary Courses jointly organized by CFVG and the Partner institution.
  • Work experience in tourism, hospitality, or related management fields would be an advantage.
  • Applicants must hold an Academic IELTS certificate with a minimum score of 5.5 (still valid at the time of enrollment), or an equivalent English certificate to Level 4 of Vietnam’s 6-level foreign language proficiency framework, or a Bachelor’s degree in English language/ related majors (with confirmation of Level 4 equivalence).

Admission Schedule:

Profile screening and admission interviews will be conducted in batches throughout the month, from November 2025 to the end of December 2025 (a detailed schedule will be sent to applicants).

Scholarships are available for graduates from UEH’s Tourism management programs and candidates with reference from CFVG’s partner organizations and corporations.

Program Start date: January 2026
