Dr. Fabien De Geuser

Professor Fabien De Geuser, Director of the French-Vietnamese Center for Management Education (CFVG)

Fabien De Geuser is a Professor at ESCP Business School. After earning his Ph.D. in Management Science from HEC Paris, he served as an Assistant Professor at HEC Lausanne before joining ESCP Europe as an Associate Professor in 2008. At ESCP, he also held leadership roles as Associate Dean of the Grande École Program (Master in Management – MiM) and Executive Education programs.

His research and teaching focus on adapting management tools to better meet the practical needs of managers, while also fostering critical thinking in business environments.

Minha Hwang (PhD)

Dr. Minha Hwang is a Principal Applied Scientist specializing in artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning systems. His expertise spans enterprise AI assistants, search technologies, agent evaluation, synthetic data generation, and LLM post-training. He also has a strong background in causal inference, including observational data analysis, uplift modeling, and experimentation, as well as machine learning engineering focused on productization, optimization, and model evaluation.

Beyond his technical leadership, Dr. Hwang is actively involved in the startup ecosystem as an angel investor and advisor to early-stage AI, machine learning, and data infrastructure companies. He also contributes to academia and industry collaboration as a member of the Advisory Council for the MS in Marketing Analytics program at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, a role he has held since 2022.

Dr. Luong Van Thien

Dr. Luong Van Thien is currently a Lecturer at the Faculty of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence and Head of the Business AI Lab, National Economics University. Previously, from 2021 to 2024, he served as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Information Technology, Phenikaa University. Between 2019 and 2021, he was a Research Fellow at University of Southampton, while also working as a Data Scientist at Tenokonda Ltd., focusing on financial time-series analysis and forecasting. Dr. Thien received his Ph.D. from Queen's University Belfast in 2019 and earned his Engineering degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2015.

His main research interests include AI applications in business, finance, and banking, as well as AI for computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), IoT, signal processing, and wireless communications. Dr. Thien has published over 50 papers in prestigious IEEE Transactions and IEEE Letters journals (Q1/ISI indexed), as well as in leading international conferences such as CVPR, ECCV, PIMRC, VTC Spring, and SPAWC. In 2022, he received the Golden Globe Award for Science and Technology from Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. He was also the champion of the AI City Challenge in both 2024 and 2025.

Ha Minh Hoang (PhD)

Minh Hoàng Hà is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, College of Technology, National Economics University. His primary research interests lie in combinatorial optimization, with practical applications in supply chain management and finance. His work has been published in leading journals such as the European Journal of Operational Research, Transportation Science, Transportation Research Part C, Health Care Management Science, and Journal of the Operational Research Society as well as presented at top-tier conferences including the International Conference on Automated Planning and Scheduling (ICAPS) and the Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference (GECCO). As a core member of the ORLab research group, Dr. Hà has contributed to the development of intelligent optimization solutions that improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness for organizations and enterprises, both in Vietnam and internationally.

Prof. Singha Chaveesuk

Professor Singha Saveesuk is an academic leader and technology consultant with extensive expertise in information systems, digital transformation, business intelligence, and e-commerce. He currently serves as Dean of KMITL Business School in Bangkok, Thailand, a position he has held since 2024, while also continuing his role as Associate Professor at the institution. Professor Saveesuk earned a diverse international academic background, including a Ph.D. from Victoria University in Australia, an M.S. from the University of Akron, and an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University in the United States, alongside business and science degrees from leading Thai universities. He is also an Alibaba.com Certified Trainer in E-commerce Talent (2022), reflecting his specialization in digital commerce and online business development.

Over more than two decades at KMITL, he has held several academic leadership roles, including Assistant Professor and Vice Dean in the Faculty of Information Technology. His work bridges academia, technology, and public-sector innovation. In addition to teaching and research, Professor Saveesuk has led numerous consulting and government collaboration projects in Thailand.

Mr. Nishit Jain

Mr. Nishit Jain is the Founder & CEO of Edu Total, an education services company dedicated to establishing internationally reputed institutions in India through collaborative academic models. He is also a Senior Specialist Advisor for Asia at EFMD Global, where he promotes international accreditation and quality standards across Asia-Pacific and East Asia, with a strong focus on the ASEAN region. His work includes advancing frameworks such as EQUIS, EDAF, EFMD Accredited programs, and the corporate assessment service CLIP.

Mr. Jain is a Founding Member and Advisor to the Executive Board of Mahindra University and serves as a Board Member at Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute of Management Development. He also contributes to higher education policy and development as an executive member of the higher education committee at FICCI and has been a jury member for the FICCI Higher Education Awards since 2018. 

Dr. Dimitri Volkov

Dr. Dimitri Volkov is an economist and academic specializing in economics, management, and financial education. He earned his Degree in Economics from Leningrad State University and later completed both his Candidate of Sciences (PhD equivalent) and Doctor of Sciences degrees at St. Petersburg State University. He became an Associate Professor in 1998.

He currently serves as Deputy Director of the HSE Graduate School of Business and Head Professor of the Department of Financial Management at the HSE Graduate School of Business. Dr. Volkov has extensive international academic and professional training experience, including programs at Harvard Business School, HEC Paris, Copenhagen Business School, and Norwegian School of Economics. His expertise includes management education, financial and managerial accounting, and business simulation training.

Mr. Nguyễn Vũ Anh

Nguyễn Vũ Anh is the Chief Executive Officer of Cốc Cốc, Vietnam’s leading local browser and search engine platform. With more than 20 years of international experience in technology, finance, and digital business strategy, he has built a strong career across Europe and Vietnam. He began his career in France in technology and consulting roles at companies such as CGI and Officience, before moving into the banking and financial sector with Natixis. Returning to Vietnam, he held senior leadership positions including Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Techcombank, as well as executive roles at fintech companies GlobeOne and Oriente.

He joined Cốc Cốc in 2019 as Strategy Director and Deputy CEO, and was appointed CEO in 2022. Under his leadership, Cốc Cốc continues to expand its ecosystem of digital products and AI-driven solutions serving millions of Vietnamese users. Nguyễn Vũ Anh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Télécom Paris and École Polytechnique de Montréal, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Mr. Chu Viet Cuong

Mr. Chu Viet Cuong is an entrepreneur, venture builder, and AI-first business strategist with over 20 years of experience in technology, business development, and ecosystem building across Vietnam and international markets. He is the Founder & CEO of Forme Ecosystem, an AI-first venture studio focused on building scalable businesses, decentralized growth systems, and OPC (One Person Company) models in sectors including beauty & wellness, healthcare, education, and AI-driven commerce. He is also the Founder of OneAI, an AI-powered business infrastructure platform for CRM, automation, training, and community growth systems.

In addition, Mr. Cuong serves as Vice Director of the Institute of Science, Technology & Education Development (ISTED), where he advises SMEs and startups on AI-first transformation and growth strategies. His expertise includes venture studio development, AI-enabled business systems, franchise and chain expansion, community-led growth, and organizational capability building. Throughout his career, Mr. Cuong has held leadership positions in technology, proptech, healthcare, and business development, including roles at iCare Benefits, HCare & HC Homes, and Rever. He also brings international experience from Australia, Japan, and France in logistics software, mobile applications, and international business management.

Mr. Duy Pham

Mr. Duy Pham is a business consultant, educator, and AI-powered training specialist with more than 14 years of experience in recruitment, talent development, e-learning, business strategy, and corporate training. He currently serves as a Consultant for Morpheus Trading Group, supporting market development and strategic expansion across Vietnam and the ASEAN region. Previously, Mr. Pham was the Managing Director of Talent Mind Education for over 13 years, where he led large-scale recruitment, training, and e-learning projects for leading multinational corporations including Unilever, Nike, Samsung, Google, Facebook, and many others. He has also worked extensively with universities and government organizations in Vietnam and internationally to develop workforce capability and digital learning systems. 

Mr. Pham has been an early adopter of AI technologies, designing ChatGPT-based training programs for international clients as early as 2020 and integrating AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot into corporate learning and consulting projects. 

Mr. Julianus D'Intino

Julianus D’Intino is the Managing Director of Oxjno, a digital development and communication firm founded in 2007. With a career that began in the late 1990s as a graphic designer and web developer, he has built extensive experience in digital innovation, software development, and strategic communication.

Under his leadership, Oxjno has worked with international clients including Mercedes-Benz and BMW, while expanding operations across Europe. He also co-founded innovation ventures focused on AR, VR, and AI technologies in Italy and the Netherlands.

Since 2016, Julianus has led digital education initiatives across Europe and Africa, including EU-funded vocational training programs. Recently relocated to Vietnam, he is currently developing new educational and business initiatives in the region.
