Multicultural teams represent a major trait of economic globalization. International companies tend to favor these teams in order to improve their understanding of foreign markets, their capacity of innovation and their search for the best talents across the world. However, academics and practitioners have both acknowledged the many challenges of making those teams efficient because of increased risks of miscommunication and conflicts. In addition to the need of adaptation, working across cultures has been understood as a typical situation where one is projected outside one's comfort zone, which requires growing competences for managing uncertainty. The conference explores why and in which specific managerial domains uncertainty tends to dominate intercultural situations, and how managers can improve their capabilities to better face uncertainty outside of their comfort zone.

The CFVG MBA Programme has partnership relationships with top business schools in Europe : ESCP Europe, Nantes, Rouen Business School, EM Strasbourg, Paris Sorbonne University, Marseille, SKEMA Business School, Lille and Nice, CEFEB of France among others and most recently HHL Leipzig of Germany. CFVG's partner ESCP Europe is currently ranked the 3rd best Master of Management programme in the world by the Financial Times (1st place in the year 2010).

The tuition fee for the MBA Programme (2-year-course) is 176,400,000 VND (for the English track) and 140,700,000 VND for the French track), payable in four installments.

Another special feature of the CFVG's MBA is that you could choose to study for the second year at one of its famous partner schools, without having to pay extra tuition fees and earn double degrees, one from the CFVG and one from the partner school.

There are also scholarships offered to students who achieved excellent results in the first year, coming from the CFVG, the French Embassy and the partner schools to help you go to France to study.

MBA non-economist candidates need to register by May 25, 2012 for the intensive course to have enough required economist credits and join economist candidates at the entrance exam in August, 2012

The fee for this course VND 2,500,000.

The tuition fee for the MBA Programme (2-year-course) is 176,400,000 VND (for the English track) and 140,700,000 VND for the French track), payable in four installments.

A special feature of the CFVG's MBA is that you could choose to study for the second year at one of its famous partner schools, without having to pay extra tuition fees and earn double degrees, one from the CFVG and one from the partner school.

There are many scholarship opportunities for CFVG's MBA students in the second year to study at its partner schools in France. Among them are the prestigious Eiffel scholarships as well as CFVG scholarships, French Embassy's scholarships and also the scholarships coming from Audencia and Rouen business schools.

Cérémonie de remise de l'Ordre des Palmes Académiques au Co-Directeur du Centre Franco-Vietnamien de Formation à la Gestion de Ho Chi Minh Ville (CFVG HCMV)

Le 13 Avril 2012, sur procuration du Ministre Français de l'Education Nationale, Monsieur Fabrice Mauriès, Consul Général de France à HCMV, a délivré cette distinction au Dr. Le Van Phi ainsi qu'à 5 autres personnalités pour les remercier de leur soutien au développement de l'enseignement du français et de la coopération universitaire et scientifique entre les deux pays tout au long des dernières années.

Le 11 Janvier 2010, le gouvernement français a décidé d'attribuer l'Ordre des Palmes Académiques au Dr. Le Van Phi, Co-Directeur du CFVG HCMV, pour sa contribution à la coopération éducative et scientifique entre la France et le Vietnam depuis 1995, dans le cadre de ses responsabilités au sein du CFVG, projet d'excellence dans l'éducation à la gestion.

Né en 1948, titulaire d'un Doctorat allemand, Dr. Le Van Phi est Co-Directeur du CFVG depuis 1995. Pendant près de 20 ans, il a activement contribué au développement du CFVG qui est aujourd'hui devenu un projet exemplaire de coopération dans l'enseignement post-univertaire au Vietnam.

L'Ordre des Palmes Académiques, créé en 1800, honore des personnes, de citoyenneté française ou non, ayant mené et soutenu l'éducation et la recherche scientifique, et ayant contribué au rayonnement de la culture française dans le monde. En 2010, l'Association des Membres de l'Ordre des Palmes Académique (AMOPA) rassemblait déjà plus de 30,000 décorés de ce titre honorifique.

Dans son discours pronouncé à l'occasion de la cérémonie qui s'est tenue dans les locaux du Consulat Général de France le Vendredi 13 Avril dernier, Dr. Le Van Phi a affirmé que par la remise de cet Ordre des Palmes Académiques, le gouvernement français a reconnu des contributions actives du personnel français ou vietnamien du CFVG pendant toutes ces vingt dernières années.

Fondé en 1992 par le Ministère de l'Education et de la Formation, le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères et mis en œuvre par la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris, le CFVG est le premier programme de coopération intergouvernementale franco-vietnamienne dans le domaine de l'éducation.
A l'heure d'aujourd'hui, le CFVG collabore avec certaines des plus grandes écoles de management européennes (ESCP Europe, Audencia Nantes, Rouen Business School, EM Strasbourg, Paris Sorbonne University, SKEMA Business School, CEFEB en France et Leipzig School of Commerce en Allemagne) pour proposer aux jeunes cadres vietnamiens 3 programmes de Master: MBA (Master in Business Administration), MEBF (Master in Economics of Banking and Finance), MMSS (Master in Marketing, Sales and Services) et le programme de Doctorat.
