MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – SOLIDIANCE (SINGAPORE / BANGKOK)

Solidiance is an Asia Pacific-focused marketing strategy consulting firm that delivers innovative solutions to clients seeking unique ways to expand their competitive advantage and grow profits. Our clients are mostly Fortune 500 and large Asian conglomerates in expansion mode. We are headquartered in Singapore, with presence and sole focus on Asia Pacific via our offices in Shanghai, Singapore, New Delhi and Bangkok.

Most of our projects are centred on industrial applications, high technologies, and medical technology. We are now looking for one consultant with a minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in management consulting (with reputable international firms) and/or corporate strategy within MNCs. We are only looking for Vietnamese native speakers, fluent in English. This position is to be based in our Thailand or Singapore office.

After gaining additional experience at Solidiance you may assume small projects lead role which involves analysis, strategy formulation, and project presentation. You will also be given the opportunity to engage in client interaction activities, and be involved in supporting the preparation of proposals. You will travel on regular basis to parts of Asia to support the execution of client engagements.

Requirements:

 Bachelor Degree (Masters Degree preferred) from a top tier institution,

 Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy, market analysis in Vietnam or Asia,

 Ability to interact with senior management from different origins and assess stakeholders’ needs,

 Enjoy intellectual challenge and complex problem solving,

 Versatile, and able to do think inside and outside the box,

 Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of initiative and intellectual wisdom,

 International mindset and exposure. Passionate and Innovative with a zest for life,

 Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese. Other Asian languages welcomed,

 Able to start within 1 month.
