Consultancy project

An opportunity for participants to develop research and consultancy skills.

Its rationale is to learn how to apply the concepts / tools acquired during the seminars to a practical problem. Under the tutorship of qualified experts, the Consulting Project can be done individually or in a 2 students group. The outputs of the research and the recommendations will be presented in a final report. It will also include a defense with a 2 member committee.

Consultancy projects examples :

  • Direct sales versus Distributors – A strategic decision based on a customer focus study of business clients in the North Vietnam
  • Strategy to build and develop a strong brand of pharmacies by good pharmacy practices (GPP) standard in Vietnam
  • Quality assurance and pricing strategy for a market research company in Vietnam
  • Understanding customer insights about organic whitening facial care to launch a new product in Can Tho city
