Job Description
Purpose :
To manage the Project Sales and bring technical support to sales team
Areas of responsibility.
PROJECT SALES MANAGEMENT
The Project Sales Manager will :
manage the Project Sales for export and domestic market.
manage key accounts for key customers/projects
identify and animate the way to access to the market in global project channel
define and follow for his team target sales, target margin
define the training of the team members, propose succession plans and organize improvements
provide reliable sales quotations to the top management of the company, with his own cost/margin analysis and comments/suggestion
LOBBYING/FOLLOW-UP
He/She will keep and manage the relationship/follow-up with the key customers/end-users, both foreign and local. Taking in account the project sales developments such as the strategic targets defined in the sales strategic plan of the company, he will be able to develop specific relationship in our targeting customers/end-users and projects
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
He/She will support the sales team on all technical items related to our cable offer
He/She will propose to the clients the technical added value products produced by
He/She will participate to technical meeting and training
He/She will identify how to promote the technical know how
MARKETING
He/She will be in charge of the assignment of the manpower in his team to contact, follow-up and achieve results with the key customers for the projects located outside the country.
He will define, according to the strategic plan of the company, the way to approach our key customers and projects targeted.
COMPANY MANAGEMENT
He/She will join the executive committee of the export sales team in Vietnam. His/Her contribution will be the key in increasing the coordination as well as in participating to the elaboration of the future export team
REQUIREMENTS
Education
• 1st class university. An engineering Bachelor degree is mandatory, good understanding of accounting principles and costing is important completed by sales experience or studies. A good knowledge of international contract laws would also be a plus.
Special skills required
• Native Vietnamese, he has an excellent command of English (French would be a plus)
• Very good mastering of Microsoft Office. Prior experience with the quotation/costing module of an ERP would be a plus
Person profile :
• He/She can act as a leader. Management of the project and the team is an important issue.
• Has already a project management experience in markets close to our business (Infrastructure/important contractors…)
• He/She is a very good communicator with efficient negotiation skill. Resilient, tough-minded he needs to be proactive, creative and problem solving oriented
• He/She is able to coordinate large projects involving other departments such as finance, purchase and production
• He/She must be very responsible as he will have to deal with large contracts
• Honesty / ethics.
