Job Description
Purpose :
To assist the Export Sales Deputy Director. The candidate must have the potential to take in charge in the near future the company’s export sales.
Areas of responsibility
EXPORT SALES MANAGER
The Export Sales Manager will :
assist the Export Sales Deputy Director in his day-to-day sales business
be responsible of providing reports and analysis on export issues to his supervisor
identify and animate the way to perform assigned jobs in export sales
define his own target and follow-up for his team target sales, target margin.
focus on reports/follow-ups/performance of export business as key export back officer.
manage the export sales team members on behalf of the Export Sales Deputy Director when necessary.
REPORTING/FOLLOW-UP
Having a functional position, he/she will keep and deal with the report/follow-up/performance of all export issues. Taking in account the export sales developments such as the strategic targets defined in the sales strategic plan of the company, he/she will be able to assist and report to the Export Sales Deputy Director in managing and dealing with our target customers/market segments.
MARKETING
He/She will be in charge to contact, follow-up and achieve results with the assigned customers/markets/segments for export sales. He/She will define, according to the strategic plan of the export team, the way to approach our customers and target markets.
COMPANY MANAGEMENT
He/She will join the executive committee of the export sales team in Vietnam. His/Her contribution will be the key in increasing the coordination as well as in participating to the elaboration of the future of export team.
Requirements :
Education :
• 1st class university. A Bachelor degree in Foreign Relations/International Trade/Foreign Language is preferred. A Master’s degree would be a plus
Special skills required :
• Native Vietnamese, he/she has an excellent command in English (French would be a plus)
Person profile :
• He/She can act as a supporter/team leader. Experience in export business/foreign customer dealing is an important point.
• Has already a successful sales/assistant work experience in markets close to our business (Infrastructure/important contractors…)
• He/She is a very good communicator with efficient reporting/following-up skill. Resilient, detail-minded she needs to be proactive, creative and problem solving oriented
