Application process

Deadline to submit application
To assess the candidates’ suitability for the program, you must bring to CFVG:

• a completed application form
• a detailed curriculum vitae (CV)
• a letter of research intent
• a letter of motivation
• a letter of recommendation from one or two professors should be enclosed for academic applicants
• two letters of recommendation should be enclosed for non academic applicants
• a copy of your Master diploma, and grade transcript
• 1 000 000 VNĐ application fee (non refundable)

September - Interview
Once your application is reviewed and selected, you will be invited to attend an interview with the selection committee. During this interview, conducted in English, candidates have to demonstrate their ability and motivation to succeed in the program.

October - Final Decision
After consideration by the selection committee, candidates will be informed about the results of their interview and told either that they have been selected or that their application has been unsuccessful.
